A: All products are handcrafted and depending on the product, made fresh to order, therefore. please allow at the most 7 days for processing (at the most) unless otherwise informed. After items purchased are processed they then are mailed out through USPS in which it takes approx. 2-14 day.
Q: About how long does shipping take ?
A: Shipping takes about 2-14 days depending on your location, however due to the shortage of USPS workers and COVID19 , shipping times may take a little longer
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: Due to COVID19 all bath & body products are FINAL sale and non-returnable. Lingerie items that are intimate such as panties, teddies, anything that fits into the nooks, crannies and crevasses of your body parts/ private area are FINAL sale. Items that do not fall under this category MAY be eligible for exchanges and/or refunds so long as the item has not been already been worn, washed, or damaged. Q: Are your products safe to use on babies?
A: Due to the fragrance oils & essential oils utilized in our products we do not recommend using any of our products on babies.
Q: Is your product all natural?
A: Due to the usage of fragrance oils in our products it is NOT considered to be 100% all natural, as fragrance oils and many essential oils are not 100% all natural however, our product line does utilize natural ingredients. Many companies advertise their product as being "all natural" however if it uses a fragrance oil it most likely IS NOT 100% ALL NATURAL. Find a full list of ingredients under each product on our website.
