Waxing Tips
LADIES, BEFORE WE GET YOU BACK ON THE RIGHT TRACK TO LOOKING SMOOTH, HERE ARE SOME PRE & POST WAXING TIPS PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
DON'T:

Do not shave prior to your appointment. Grow your hair out for approximately 3-4 weeks before your wax.

Exercise should be avoided for at least 24 hours after your wax. This includes sexual intercourse. Your pores are open for infection and bacteria, avoiding these activities will prevent breakouts.

Do not tan 24-48 hours prior to your wax
DO:

Do exfoliate leading up to your wax appointment. Exfoliating should be done 2-3 times a week. This makes skin smoother, softer and more youthful looking.

Make sure your hair is the length of a rice grain.

Do wear loose fitted clothing, Cotton is best!

Be sure to consult with your doctor about any antibiotics, accutane, or topical creams as they are not compatible with waxing services

Each time a client misses an appointment without providing proper notice (24 hours prior to app.) , another client is prevented from receiving treatment. Therefore, The Bawdy Bar & Boutique reserves the right to charge a fee of the service that would be provided. No show fees will be billed to the client and must be paid prior to making your next appointment. After 3 consecutive no shows, you will be restricted from booking any future appointments with The Bawdy Bar & Boutique and only walk-ins will be allowed.
